Returns within 14 days

You can request a return within 14 days of the purchase date shown on your invoice. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, complete, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to request a return

  1. Email us your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. If something is damaged, missing or incorrect, include a description and clear photos to help us assess it.
  3. We will explain the next steps and arrange the return details with you. Please contact us before sending an item back, and do not send it to the manufacturer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you discover a problem. We will assess it and explain the available refund or replacement options in accordance with applicable consumer rights. The unused-item conditions for a change-of-mind return do not override your rights concerning a faulty or incorrectly supplied product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank; we will confirm the refund details when it is processed.

If a processed refund has not appeared, check with your bank or card provider, then contact us with your order number so we can help follow it up.

Return delivery

For a change-of-mind return, return delivery costs are your responsibility. We will explain any collection charge before arranging it. Delivery charges and returns involving a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item are handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Gifts, discounted items and other products

If your order was a gift, contact us so we can explain how the return and any refund will be handled. Discounted items remain subject to applicable consumer rights. If gift cards or digital products are offered, check their stated conditions and contact us about eligibility; no condition overrides rights provided by law.
